Returns and refunds
Every WearADHD piece is printed and finished for your order, which means we do not hold returnable stock. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or fit preference.
Please use the size guide linked on every product page before ordering. Measurements are listed for each garment, laid flat, in centimetres.
If something is wrong with your order
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or is not the item you ordered, we will replace it free of charge. You do not need to return the original item.
Email hello@wearadhd.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo clearly showing the problem. We will confirm and send a replacement at no cost to you. If a replacement is unavailable, we will refund you in full to your original payment method.
Orders that never arrive
If tracking shows your order was not delivered within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we will replace or refund it. Orders marked delivered by the carrier but reported missing are assessed case by case.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before production begins. Production typically starts within 24 hours of ordering, so please email us as soon as possible.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your provider, funds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
