These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with WearADHD Global. By placing an order you agree to them.
Products
We make every effort to display our garments accurately. Colours can vary between screens, and because our pieces use washed, distressed and hand-finished treatments, small variations between individual items are normal and are not defects. Garment measurements may vary by approximately 1cm.
Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and are charged in US dollars. Prices and shipping rates may change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed. We accept PayPal and card payments through our checkout providers. Your order is confirmed only once payment has been authorised.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where an item is unavailable, where there has been an error in pricing or product information, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order we will refund it in full.
Shipping and returns
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Our Shipping and Returns pages form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, text, photography and the WearADHD name and logo are our property or used with permission, and may not be reproduced, resold or used commercially without written consent.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you order is the version that applies.
